Our current organization began with an owner who is full of joyful energy and strives for win/win situations. She wasn’t sure about collections at first, knowing people could feel shame about situations that led to NSF checks and student loan collections, but quickly realized her uniquely positive personality and focus on relationships allowed her to negotiate anything.

These skills sealed a promotion to management at her former collection agency which eventually took her out of state. This move confirmed that she was gifted with the career that she had once been skeptical of. The career was right, but the move was not. She made her way back to Treasure Valley by switching to a role at a local university where she streamlined and built up their student loan collections department.


Our owner has a bright personality and is quick to befriend anyone. She values hard work and has a deep understanding of her worth and the value she can provide through her services. Determined to serve a wider range of clients, she stepped away from her role at the university to pursue her career as a collections agent offering debt recovery services to a variety of organizations.

Intermountain Credit Services has built a legacy for nearly 100 years. Since 1926, we have been serving fellow Idahoans in the Treasure Valley, and now our new owner is using her talent of winning people over–even in uncomfortable situations–to continue developing its legacy.
